Our mission is to extend the life of our clients' ability to consistently achieve regulatory compliance, combat cyber threats through workforce training, and refresh technology infrastructures.
Meet the Founder
Kitty McCoy, President and Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Control Systems, Inc., is a multi-faceted executive with expertise in the publishing, engineering, architecture, transportation, and public sectors. She has over 30 years of experience in IT and over 15 years in strategic planning. She has been recognized by Worldwide Who’s Who for showing dedication, leadership, and excellence in business and performance management.
At the Balanced Scorecard Institute, Kitty facilitated strategic planning for the Blue Man Group, Purdue University, and Susan B. Komen. Returning to Kansas City from New England in 1989, over the years, she has served as Chair of The Central Exchange, on the board of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, and as Chair of the Kansas City Regional Transit Alliance.
In 2012, Kitty won the Regional Leadership Award from the Mid-America Regional Council for the Modern Streetcar Party in support of the downtown transit study that culminated in today’s streetcar.
