Kitty McCoy, President and Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Control Systems, Inc., is a multi-faceted executive with expertise in the publishing, engineering, architecture, transportation, and public sectors. She has over 30 years of experience in IT and over 15 years in strategic planning. She has been recognized by Worldwide Who’s Who for showing dedication, leadership, and excellence in business and performance management. |
In 2012, Kitty won the Regional Leadership Award from the Mid America Regional Council for the Modern Streetcar Party in support of the downtown transit study that culminated in today’s streetcar.
